Rule 9
Matters to be disclosed in the appeal letter
The following written matters must be disclosed in the format according to schedule-2 of the appeal letter given to the tribunal:-
(a) The full name, surname, nationality,
of each of the appellant and the respondent (b) the date of the judgment or final judgment to be appealed, the name of the adjudicating authority and the station or office,
(c) What were the appellants and the defendants at the time of the initial judgment?
(d) the opening of the case appealed against, as far as possible,
(e) Matters within the jurisdiction and limitation of the Appellate Tribunal,
(f) According to section 8 of the Ordinance, the amount of tax or fine imposed is fully deposited or half of the deposit is given and half of the deposit is taken from the concerned officer. 1.- Keeping with,
(g) The judgment or final decision to be appealed against, the penalty imposed or the penalty imposed and the same has not been served,
(h) To clarify point by point the facts and points of law on matters not satisfied in the appealed judgments or final judgments,
(i) Writing appeals and demands.
